Hi everyone I am very pleased to say Absolute bootcamp celebrated it’s one year birthday last

Sunday and to celebrate this special day we held a fantastic BBQ for all of our bootcamp and personal training clients.

We had a fantastic day and we were lucky enough to have glorious sunshine on the day which was just we needed

Not only was this a birthday celebration but also a goodbye to our Amy, who is moving on to bigger and

better things and a thank you to all of our brilliant clients, this was a great opportunity to give out a few prizes to our longest standing clients, wewouldn’t be here without you!

Thank you all for coming and see you again next year

We are all going to go on 25th April

there are 12 spaces available and it is on a first come first serve basis.

The cost of the ticket is £35 each

It is going to take about 3 hours to complete the course through the trees.

Christmas Meal – 6th December

We have some great news about the Christmas meal and drinks. We are going to combine the photo shoot and the Christmas meal on the 6^th December. We have found an excellent location, which will really cater for our needs. The cost of the day will be £10 per head and we will be needing to collect this money by the 20^th November from all the people who wish to come. I have attached the menu for you to have a look at and we also have this in hard copy. We are going to need to know your menu choice so we can inform the restaurant. Really looking forward to this event and hope you are all still pushing ahead to this date with motivation and focus.

Timetable for Sunday 6^th December

9.00am – 10.00am – Bootcamp session
10.00am -11.00am – Weigh and Measure
11.00am – 12.00am – Home and change
12.00pm – 2.00pm – Pro Photos and Drinks
2.00pm – onwards – Christmas meal

Meal Menu
