
The next re-weigh and measure session will be on Sunday 28th August 2011 You have a little bit of time to make a massive difference to your body so:
1) Get focused in your training session – set yourself a goal by having a look here
2) Get to more training sessions (no excuses)
3) If you have the nutrition programme and you have not started it now is the time to get that going.
It is still possible for you to lose another 2 to 4 pound of fat by then or lose that critical 2cm or half inch!!!

Make sure that you come ready to do a little bit of working out as well. You will need to be there for 9.00am.
