We work with you as an individual building a bespoke diet plan taylored to how your genetics are expressing themselves. We start the process by getting you to answer a couple of questionnaires regarding your health, you conditions, your lifestyle and the way your body is reacting right now.
From these we will walk you through a 6 to 8 week step by step process to help you to build a diet perfect for you that will help you with your problem.
Once we have the right diet in place for you we can then start to address other factors that are efffecting your condition. We call these blocking factors and you can find out more about these on the metabolic typing page.

Who We Work With
My names Keith, I have been building bespoke diet plans for weight loss and chronic health issues for over 5 years. In the 10 years that I have been personal training I have seen, participated in and had clients try most of the diets and nutritional fads that are on the market….
Over the 10 years of personal training and weight loss coaching I have seen success and failure whether my clients have been on Atkins, GI, GL, low carb, weight watches, slimming world etc etc etc…..

Sounds interesting Keith but what will I have to do?
This is a great question, so I’m going to cover what will happen week by week for the 6 weeks of the course;
Even before the course starts we will get you started by sending you a questionnaire. This will enable us to start getting you in the right eating zone for your genetics, it will enable us to find our your metabolic type and to stiop the guessing games that we all play when picking which diet to go on.
SESSION 1 – Getting in the right zone
We’ll start a tea club; discuss the differences between people and why one diet for all does not work. I’ll explain what we are going to do, how it works and what you are going to need to do.
We talk about what you want to get from the course and what you are going to put into the course to get it.
We need to understand why the body gains weight weights, what weight gain is a symptom of, how this relates to chronic degeneration of your body, the aging and disease process and how food contributes to it.
You’ll leave with some homework, you are going to eat within some broad guidelines to get you ready for the next step.
SESSION 2 – The steps to weight loss and health success
Kicks off with a discussion about your home work and the results that you got so far. We’ll talk about Macronutrients (fats, protein and carbs) how they affect you you energy levels and your weight gain and loss. You are also going to find out what and how they are used in your body.
I will give you the 6 key steps to weight loss, consistant energy, mood, it’s time to set the stage for success!
Now will also be a great time to dispel myths abouts fats and cholesterol. We also need to discuss organic, free range and factory farmed meat.
Home work (sorry) will be following the 6 steps to success.
SESSION 3 – The facts about the foods that get in the way
Will kick off discussing your 6 steps to success, whether you managed it and what you experienced. We will the look at black listed foods those that are not in your diet plan and why. We’ll continue with your 6 steps to success which will also be your home work. It’s also time to make some decisions about lifestyle for the rest of the remaining weeks of the course…. 3 to go!
SESSION 4 – Optimising your metabolism
As always we will start with a discussion of the previous week’s nutritional activity and your discoveries following the 6 steps to success. The rest of the session will focus on fruit and vegetables that are in your programme. Why are we asking you to eat them and not others. We’ll be talking about how one nutrient can have completly opposite effects in 2 different people. We’ll look at pH (acid/alkaline balance) and how this effect the functioning of your metabolism.
Did you know that your thyroid can’t function properly if your in the wrong pH, so do people really have a thyroid problem or are you just eating the wrong foods?
Your pH has a massive effect on your health, weight gain, weight loss, it’s time to get it right! We are going to optimise your metabolism!
SESSION 5 – Staying young and slowing down your aging process
Into the home straight! In this session we will as always discuss your findings and results from the week, but our focus will be ways to increase the nutritional quality of your eating plan.
We will discuss super foods and how that can help you get the success that you are looking for. This session will also focus on the keys of life, also known as ENZYMES and how critically important it is to get a good quality supply of them into your diet. You can bet that we’ll discuss the aging process and how you can slow it down with good quality enzyme rich nutrition!
SESSION 6 – Blocking factors and supplementation
Session 6 is going to be about 2 things, blockig factors and supplementation. Blocking factors are issues that may be getting in your way that are not food related. This is going to be an interesting discussion that will talk about everything from enviromental factors that can be causing you problems to your own mental out look or personal dialogue.
Having done session 4 you’ll understand how vitamin and mineral supplements could be causing you more problems. We are going to look at specific supplements that will go with your diet programme and metabolic type or that will help you health condition if your are on the right diet.
Throughout the whole programme we will be relating our findings to the diseases and health problems and weight loss issues that you are suffering from, no two courses are the same which means I’m always excited as we get each one going.
