What Will Happen When You Contact Us?
When you call or email we will agree a time together that is convenient for you to come and and have a consultation with myself (Keith) or Clare. The consultation is free and lasts and hour.
In this time we will get a good understanding of what you are
looking to achieve. We will spend time understanding any injuries and aliments that you may have. We will then go through the pricing structure with you and how it works.
By the end of this meeting you will have had all your questions answered and will understand our Personal Training programme in detail.
How Does Private Training or Personal Training Work?
Private Training means that it’s just you and your personal Trainer and no one else, so there is no worry about be watched or judged, so that you can workout and learn how to work out at your own pace.
You will get a bespoke training programme tailored to your goals, injuries and aliments. Personal Training with us will build you from the ground up and from the inside out so that your body works correctly reducing the risk of injury of any type and ensuring that all your muscles work properly giving you a learner, toned, stronger body that works!
We will pick the perfect exercises for your goals and your body. Will ensure that your technique when performing the exercises is spot on, giving you all the benefits each exercise offer.
As well as focusing on your goals we will also correct your muscle imbalances, faulty movement patterns, activate your ‘CORE’ (stomach, bum and back), so that you instantly feel stronger and look leaner, reducing injury risk, Joint wear and tear improving your bodies symmetry making you look and feel better.
How Long is a session
We have 2 types of personal training session;

30 minutes – Design for the busy person who want to get fit and lose weight but struggles with time. These sessions are an intense 30 mins of focused working out.

1 hour – Designed to give people the full Personal Training package as mentioned above where you will improve every aspect of your body.
How Much Does Personal Training Cost?
30 minute sesion

2 x per week = 22.50 per session

3 x per week = 20.00 per session
60 minute session

2 x per week = 40.00 per session

3 x per week = 35.00 per session

We will book you into our diary for a free hour to discuss your wants, needs and goals. If you have any health issues, injuries or concerns we will discuss them to.
Next we will go through the process of personal training with us, how it all works from the way we get people to their goals to how your payments work. We will answer all of your questions and then book you in the diary for you private training sessions if you choose to go ahead and train with us.
